Policies

If you have never received any service from Bare Skin Glow Studio, please complete our consent forms for the service you are requesting. Consent forms are located at the "HOME" page under consent forms.  

No extra guests or kids are allowed at your appointment. 

 I do require a non refundable BOOKING FEE prior to booking your appointment. No booking fee paid, no appointment. Booking Fee will go towards your service.  

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a reschedule/cancellation fee will apply. 

• Less than 24 hr notice will result in a charge of 50% fee of the service(s) your booked for. 

The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Bare Skin Glow Studio policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my established and future client. Thank you for viewing and supporting my policies criteria.

• “NO SHOW/SAME DAY RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION” will be charged 50% fee of the service(s) booked for.
• Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge of 50% fee of the service(s) booked for.
• Any multiple services or combos must pay a booking fee. Multiple services or combos not canceled 24-hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

• $15 late fee will be added to your service if you are 5 minutes late.
• 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and a same day no show fee of 50% fee of  my service(s) will need to be sent before rebooking your appointment. 

1. After hours fee is $30
2. If you reschedule/cancel this fee is non refundable or transferable and a new fee must be paid if rebooking squeeze in/after hours appt.

As a courtesy, I will text or email to confirm your service appointment(s) 2 days prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

I value your privacy. I do not disclose your personal information or share it with other outside entities unless otherwise authorized by you. I do not send spam emails. I only communicate with my clients and potential clients regarding new services, price changes, special offers, and appointment notifications.

Final payment will be sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment via text. 

1. You must have at least 50% of your lashes on each eye.
2. Anything less then 50% will need to be rescheduled.
3. Fill appointments are booked in a shorter amount of time. So please, if you know you have less then 50% of lashes on each eye, notify me asap so I can tell you if we need to reschedule to another time.

If you are feeling sick or have been in contact with someone sick please reschedule your appointment to a different day. Please do not come to your appointment if you know you are not feeling well. If you are having any COVID symptoms please stay home. 

Foreign fills are welcome only If I am able to work over another artists work! If I am unable to work over your previous lash artists work, a removal and full set would be required. Please be aware it can change upon arrival of appointment, I reserve the right to choose what will be best. 

•Beware that each lash artist has their own unique way of doing lashes and it might not look the same as your previous lash artist.

Before and after pictures will be taken to use for my website and all social media platform.

• Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes (no makeup) no eyeliner, eye shadow, or strip lash glue. If your lashes require cleaning, a lash bath will be required that will result in a $20 fee.
• Please schedule your fills 2-3 weeks after your full-set appointment. 50% of the extension are REQUIRED to be considered a fill. Anything less than 50% will be charged as a FULL SET price.
• All appointments must be cancelled through my website. Please use the link that is sent to you via TEXT or EMAIL. Text/DM is longer a way to cancel or rescheduling. Please read my policies. Everything MUST be done through my website.
• Please be aware if you book on a Sunday parking might be a little difficult to find because there is a church service going on around that time. Please arrive a little earlier to find parking.
